Assumption Of Risk And Liability Release

I understand that during the trek, Expedition, Tour, Rafting, Safari or other trip in which I am participation under the agreements made by Mountain sun Valley and its subsidiaries, associates or agents involves certain risks and dangers.

These include, but are not limited to the following:

1.Travelling in mountainous terrain, on rivers, and in forests and jungles.

2.Travel by aircrafts, car coach, jeep, boat, canoe, horse, raft, automobile, elephant,bicycle or other means of conveyance.

3.Accidents or illness in remote regions with little or no medical facilities and without means of rapid evacuation.

4. Accidents caused by the forces of nature.

In consideration of the above and as part of the payment for the right to participate in such treks, tours or others activities and the services arranged for me by the aforementioned companies and their subsidiaries, agents, associates and employees, I hereby affirm that I assume all risks associated with the above mentioned activities and will hold all companies harmless and not participate in any liability actions, suits, debts, demands or claims of any kind or nature whatsoever which may hereafter arise out of our connection with the trip or activities arranged for me by the aforementioned Mountain sun Valley group and its subsidiaries, associates and associates. These agreements shall serve as release and assumption of risk for me, my heirs, administrators, executors and all members of my family including any minors accompanying me.
