Terms And Conditions

This agreement applies between you and Mountain Sun Valley Treks and Expeditions. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions is deemed to occur upon accepting these terms and conditions when making a booking via this website. When you make a booking you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party these terms and conditions.

Termination and Cancellation:

Mountain Sun Valley Treks reserves the right to cancel a confirmed trip without stating reasons prior to the start date of the trip. All amount paid for the cancellation of a confirmed trip will be refunded within 1 month from the date of notification.

You may cancel a confirmed trip. However Mountain Sun Valley Treks will charge you the cancellation charges listed below. 

60% refund of total trip price for a cancellation made 30 days prior to the original departure date.

40% refund of total trip price for a cancellation made 07 days prior to the original departure date.

0% refund of total trip price  for a cancellation made 3 days prior to the original departure date.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  clearly stating in the title of the e-mail "cancellation of a confirmed trip". You must state any booking references that you have been given and explain your reason(s) for cancellation.

Changing the start date of your trip

You are able to change the date of your confirmed trip 15 days  or more days prior to the start date of your trip.

Your Insurance

It is a condition of your contract with us that you must take out adequate travel insurance suitable before you travel to cover yourself for cancellation, curtailment, injury or illness during your holiday with Mountain Sun Valley treks. 

Special Requirements and Disabilities

If you have any special requirements or disabilities, it is essential that you inform us at the time of booking so that we can make the appropriate inquiries about the suitability of your chosen holiday for you. If we reasonably feel unable to properly accommodate the particular needs of the person concerned we reserve the right to decline or cancel the booking.
