Detailed Itinerary

  • Day 1 Drive Kathmandu to Pokhara; 5 hours
    We will pick up you from your place in the early morning at 7:00 am and start drive to Pokhara. we will see more of the countryside of Nepal that offers greeneries, rivers, villages, farms and beautiful mountain sceneries. After 5 hours we will reach to Pokhara. Pokhara offers magnificent views of Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, Machhapuchhare, five peaks of Annapurna and others. We can explore the most accessible and beautiful, Fewa Lake during the late afternoon -enjoy boating too.
  • Day 2 Drive to Tatopani; 6/7 hours
    After breakfast at Hotel, we start our journey to Mustang. First, we drive west to the town of Beni with the blacktop road and then follow the Kali Gandaki River. After 6/7 hours we will reach Tatopani. Tatopani is a small town where you can experience the natural hot spring and local activities.
  • Day 3 Drive to Kagbeni and drive towards Muktinath Temple; 5/6 hours
    After breakfast, you will drive towards Kagbeni. After reaching Kagbeni village you will drive towards the Muktinath Temple and drive back to Kagbeni in the evening for overnight stay.
  • Day 4 Drive to Ghami Village; 6 hours
    In the morning after breakfast, you will visit Kagbeni Monastery and Buddhist School. Before living Kagbeni your guide will check in your special Upper Mustang permit and start your journey to Upper Mustang.you will cross Kaligandaki river near Chhusang village by Jeep and climb up to Chella Village, Samar Village, Syangboche village, China, Ghiling and arrive at Ghami village. Today you will have an amazing landscape view during the day from Syngboche and other places.
  • Day 5 Drive to Lo-Mangthang; 3 hours
    Today you will visit the monastery of Mustang Lo Gager Ghar Gompa which is the very important monastery in Mustang, Vist Charang monastery, visit Lo-Mangthang city, "JampaGompa" the oldest monastery, built in the early 15th century.
  • Day 6 Exploration day in Lo-Manthang and Chhosar
    Today after breakfast you will explore Namgyal Gompa, sky caves of Chhoser and the cave of Mustang dating back to over 3,000 years have been subject to excavation for archaeologists from around the world. After finishing the sightseeing of local areas you will drive back to the guesthouse by jeep.
  • Day 7 Drive back to Jomsom; 6/7 hours
    Today you will drive to Jomsom Crossing several local villages, Kaligandaki river, Buddhist stupas and monasteries on the way. Evening you will have time to explore the local market of Jomsom.
  • Day 8 Drive back to Pokhara and afternoon Pokhara sightseeing.
    Today, in the early morning you will drive back to Pokhara and afternoon you will have a Pokhara sightseeing tour. You will visit the highlights spots of Pokhara.
  • Day 9 Drive to Kathmandu; 5 hrs
    Today after having lunch you will relax for some time and start your drive to Kathmandu. You will reach Kathmandu within 5 hours of drive.
