For the easy and low altitude trekking you don’t need to be worried about the fitness. Trekkers are requested to do jogging, swimming, long walking and bicycling for few weeks before the trekking starts.
For the elderly people we walk slowly. We have done trekking with people at the age of around 75 and it went very well. They enjoyed and did not face any problem.
Definitely! If the kids are under five years old, we do not recommend trekking above 3000 meters. There are many beautiful trekking trails with wonderful views below 3000 meters that are perfect to trek with the small children.
The tourists will pay all the expenses by themselves.
